I have a feeling that whatever problems they had with the white color was solved a long time ago. I'm sure they've been ready to produce white iPhones fr several months and are waiting till the 1 year anniversary time fram to start shipping the white iPhone to boost sales seeing as the iPhone 5 was pushed back to September.
I have a feeling that if the problems were fixed a long time ago, they'd be selling the phone a long time ago. Have you seen all these comments about people waiting to buy white iPhones? Of which i was one.

Look a the bright side. You are also stuck with Plutonius.
Right you are. Can we vote Appleguy out of the afterlife if he starts annoying me?

Right, and Cocoa isn't the slightest bit bloated? (can you say runtime messaging and binding overhead?)
I'm not saying that the actual virtualization should be done in Cocoa (ha yeah right), but the GUI definitely should. Parallels takes way too long to launch, and the GUI sucks.
Plus, do you really think a Qt C++ wrapper around Carbon is faster than direct Cocoa calls?
I just want a nice documented-based Cocoa app that behaves like a Mac app, with a fast virtualization at its core :)

I have no idea what happened except Plutonius got lynched and isn't a WW. Are Chrmjenkins and Appleguy 321/123 okay? Are they Specials? I can't tell if I'm on the Detention Level of a Star Destroyer or on the bridge of the Enterprise D.:confused:
The stories are best read when hi/drunk/tripping. appleguy and chrmjenkins' prominaint stance in the narritivies does not reflect their in game roles. Actually, I wrote up the first narrative then assigned the roles via random.org.

god what is it with the US and their billion different frequencies
That is just how we roll.
Its the same in others places, such as Japan, South Korea and China. In fact, the GSM iPhone 4 had an additional band added specifically for Japanese market.

Gag me with a spoon, this is freaking hideous.
Apple might think this kind of stuff works on iOS (it doesn't) but keep it well away from my desktop.
I mean, for a company with such fantastic, slick hardware design, they sure to churn out some vomit inducing representational software designs.

I don't see this happening, TV technology changes to fast to get stuck with an expensive TV that you need to keep for many years to justify the higher price.
Case in point the new Bose videowave TV it's over $5k for a 46" tv!

The IPS tech screens are removed from specs...
Have they moved to TN panel sinstead...?
i do not think so, it is mentioned in the iMac Features page anyway
also, IPS panels are cheaper now compared to when they released it first in 2009?

I understand from the news coverage that they attacked her after she used the woman's restroom.
Her transgender nature, and their reaction to that was absolutely central to this crime. If that isn't a hate crime, I don't know what is.
Doesn't look like a hate crime to me. Seems like the attackers just wanted to fight, for whatever reason.

I like your idea and I think it would work in many situations if there is indeed going to be a "transition phase" toward a new type of connection format. However, I'll stick by my prediction as it offers the maximum benefit for Apple and its third party partners while keeping the whole user interaction simpler and more elegant. The Nike situation is different in the respect that it is really the only way to make a product like that workcan't have a bunch of wires getting in the way of running. I know the iPod Hi-Fi probably isn't selling well enough for Apple to worry that a new connection format would hurt their own profit margin much, but there are a LOT of third party partners out there that have only recently given it their best because Apple has probably assured them that the dock connector will be around for quite some time, so third party R&D won't be a black hole or recurring expense in that area. It is what has helped the accessory market evolve to the point it has, which has benefitted Apple immensly-don't think Apple doesn't realize that fact! It is also what is missing from the also-ran MP3 manufacturers: not enough consistency to make it worth their investment to produce for those products.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Of course, it COULD have both....
how about
a 30 $ optional wireless receiver that acts as a female dock connector to plug into the existing iPod docks?

So with the windows media center out they would be idiots to not convert it to a format for their player. This means Mac Media Center out this fall hopefully. :D

Yes, the iPhone does compete against Android. The last time I went into a AT&T or Verizon store, this was obvious. To say that the iPhone does not compete against Android is silly.
Last I checked, the iPhone was a handset and the Android was an operating system. Still want to keep comparing the two? Or are you just intentionally doing this to make your point sound valid?
(lincolntran beat me to it lol)
(Edit again: and PghLondon... haha well a third time's a charm)

With all the improvements made to Amazon MP3 lately, there really is NO reason to buy music from the iTunes store anymore. None.

Usually, when a new technology comes out from Apple like Thunderbolt, (mini display port in look a like), I usually think "Why would other "non" Apple manufactures like WD, Promise etc... adopt Thunderbolt? as USB 3.0 or eSATA is their bracket... where as Apple likes to keep to themselves only tailoring to their own devices (eg. using WDS (or extenting wireless via Airport Express), for example. is not possible unless you have Time Capsule (Apple) )
I guess I was wrong when I saw this one on MacRumors.
