Sounds like everything Apple just went through with Antenna-Gate and the White iPhone 4. It happens to everyone.

The stock may bounce back to test the 200-day moving average. Thus, you may want to pay close attention for a move up to the $55.63 area but be careful because the stock may face selling pressure at this level.

rowlander, you can get compressor to work with more than 1/9th of a core?
That sarcasm is directed at compressor and not at you.
I WISH i could get compressor to work. Oh, sorry....I should clarify, to work beyond 1 frickin' file! If i start a batch, the only thing I'm not sure of is which error I'll get - it's usually 1 of 2.
Yet, I can use Innobits, Bitvice to compress MPEG2 files for DVD (and the ac3s) and well, wouldn't you know, this fine 3rd party apps makes all my cores jump with excitement without me even praying to get on my knees and cry for help :)
I'm a pretty laid back guy, but man compressor just busts my kahonies. Heck, I even emailed Mr. Jobs about it (although nothing back).
And don't even get me started on having to export to QT first. I do not even come close to understanding the logic behind that considering it's their own software!
BUT, compressor is stopping me from upgrading to an 8core so no more money for Apple in that case. No sense spending a few grand on a machine whose potential won't even come close to being tapped.
I don't drink, but feel like I should have one right now.

To prove false advertisement, you must be able to prove certain facts to be true. There are 5 requirements. The first one is the relevant fact to this case.
That being....a false statement of fact has been made about the advertiser's own or another person's goods, services, or commercial activity.
The seller stated what he was selling in the auction. That disqualifies this requirement.
No prosecutor in this country would even offer this case to a grand jury.
Yes....I think this is legal.
Congrats on finishing your first semester of law school. Couple more things you will learn in the next couple of years:
1. Illegal does not mean criminal. There are many laws that create liability that are not criminal. Any tort law, for example. Copyright laws are another example. Thus, no one cares what any prosecutor would do.
2. You don't need a grand jury for all criminal charges. You definitely don't need one for false advertising.

So what do you have against teachers making more? If teachers made more competitive salaries, there would be more competition for teaching jobs, thus leading to better quality teachers, ultimately resulting in better education.
I'd rather spend an extra $100/yr for better teachers rather than helping to pay for Tom Cruise's 39 estates.

It would be great if Final Cut Pro got updated. At the moment, Adobe Premiere Pro is quite a lot better and has a more modern interface, which is kind of strange, as FCP is the industry standard.

Samsung know they are in trouble with the Apple suits, and rightly so. But instead of just defending the suit against them, they are making stuff up to get back at Apple.

I was not talking crap. That little tid pit I put in about the filing only if getting pissed off and sued came form our resident patent lawyer on these boards who explain why many times you only see law suits after they get sued. They go into the file if sued by so and so bring these up.
That is why many of these patents are filed away and never really sued unless antoher company starts pissing you off or acting childish like Apple. It gives you more leverage to use against them in their lawsuit against you.
I do find it funny. Fanboys cheered when Apple sued Samsung but Samsung responds and now called Samsung childish.
Fanboys call Kodak pantint trolls when they sued apple.
Fanboys cheer when Apple sued Nokia but booed about Nokia sueing apple.
Noticed a pattern there.

The new search feature actually looks pretty awesome. It works like spotlight in System Preferences (where it darkens everything except the items that match your search string).
