It does indeed fit the 3g. I have a 3g and it fits great. The little plug fits tight. I've had my case for several months now and the plug still fits great. Just as snug and secure as when I first installed it.
Buy one, you won't regret it.

I wondered why the form elements look better in the "special edition" Firefox for G5 (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=97289) optimized build, they must have included this in it
I love Firefox.

I looked into it. Its probably above me. I know a little objective C but not enough to do this. I think I would also need some openGL, which I have never used.

Wayne also said that he never regretted his decision to leave Apple and that he is not going to sue them. Never.

I can't seem to turn off 'Logic 9 Pro' on the start up.
I've gone into 'System Preferences' and 'Accounts' and un ticked 'Logic Pro' but still no joy!
Any answers would be gratefully received?

I'm still looking for a Javascript IDE. Today I learned that Netscape and ActiveState plan to (http://www.activestate.com/Corporate/Communications/Releases/Press959151041.html) co-develop a Javascript IDE based on ActiveState's Komodo (http://www.activestate.com/Products/Komodo/) product, but I learned from their product manager that they are still deciding what features it will include. So it doesn't sound imminent.
If anyone knows of a Javascript IDE product that already exists, please let me know.
Thanks!

Second, a videophone is only useful if more than a small percentage of people out there actually have it. Until then, it's really just a gimmick.
For me, it'd be quite useful even if just the people I care to see have one.
We video Skype every day to our family members in Hawaii, Florida, Nevada, D.C. I'd love to be able to use a smartphone to do the same on vacations, instead of dragging along our laptops for that purpose.
Many smartphone models sold outside the USA have front cameras for video calls. But apparently the quality and the cost have been some reasons that prevented widespread adoption.

Yeah, Pixar pretty much wins every year except for Cars and Monsters Inc. There was not a category for animated film when Toy Story and Toy Story 2 were released.
This year Toy Story 3 was nominated for Best Picture also, which is a big deal since that's only happened three times for an animated film (Beauty and the Beast, UP and Toy Story 3).
Jobs actually went to the Oscars last year for UP.

This is pointless to really bring up as a serious problem but...
Is there a way to buy specific parts from a third-party vendor that is compatible with a Powerbook 12"?
Well, here's the specific thing:
You know those little nubbin's on the bottom of a laptop? Made of rubber and/or plastic? Well, one of mine "fell off" or something, so not it wobbles, and I lack the willpower to deface the computer even more by removing the same nubbin on the other side of the computer.
So. -_-
Yes. -_-
I'm really asking this.

Heat wise the sticking with the G3 chip makes sense, I would love to see an iBook with a G3 900mhz and a 32meg ATI card. The t-books are to fragile, my Mac tech/sales guy has had to replace hinges, keyboards etc on those ;\
Oh well, only time will tell ;]

Key West is basically a tourist trap. It's, by far, my least favorite key because of all the drunks and trash (looks a lot like Bourbon St. [aka sespool] at least before Katrina). The drive down is unbelievable though.
My Aunt and Uncle have a beach house on a canal on Key Largo so I'm partial to that one.
But the prettiest is Dry Tortugas (the actual western most US island in the Gulf). It takes a 3 hour boat ride from Key West but it's gorgeous. The snorkeling is amazing. I spent 7 hours snorkeling the reef around the island and got the worst sunburn of my life.
I'm sure it is a tourist trap but a person isn't forced to participate in that. I managed to keep well away from drunks and trash by not going out partying at night and walking into scenes that don't appeal.
I didn't know a lot about the keys when I booked the trip so we did go to the more touristy places. One day we want to go back and get a closer look at the more "'undiscovered" locations. Dry Tortugas sounds amazing!

Any given iPod can be associated with only one computer's iTunes library at a time. This is true for both Mac OS X computers and Windows computers. Once you start syncing with the new computer, the old music goes bye-bye.
You'll have to make sure that the new computer's library has the same songs as the computer you used previously to sync your iPod nano. You can use an external hard drive or USB memory stick to transfer songs, if you haven't already.
If you no longer have access to the previous computer, then I advise you search these forums for ways of transferring the music currently in your iPod to the computer. Hint: use MRoogle (http://mroogle.edesignuk.com).
